The day consisted of keynote speaker, Tiera Sedden and workshop facilitators:
- Vision Board – Rahshene Davis-Bowie;
- Bye Girl – Goldie Barnes;
- What’s In Your Wallet – Tiffany Hannah
- What’s In Your Suitcase – Nurah Muhammad.
All Conference facilitators donated their time and talents to this event. There were over 100 girls in attendance from the ages of 12-18.
The attendees received breakfast, lunch, SGB backpacks, toiletry gift bags and in keeping with the theme 6 pieces of luggage was raffled off.
